If you are not satisfied with your watch purchase, you may return it to WATCHSHACK for credit minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Please note that the watch must be undamaged and in “original” condition (defined below) to be acceptable for exchange.
Special orders are not returnable.
Written notice of any returns or cancellations must be given to us (along with the returned item - please see below in obtaining an RFI number) by:
Goods: 7 working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you the consumer.
Services: 7 working days from the day after that on which you the consumer agrees to go ahead with the contract.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honoured.
You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Watch Shack before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 0800 195 0300 to obtain an RFI number.
All watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any exchanges or credits. Ensuring that all terms are met, Watch Shack will refund the consumer's money as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation and returned item.
"Original condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached and the watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Watchshack.co.uk is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Service Department 0800 195 0300 if you have any questions or concerns.
In the event that a watch is returned and does not meet the above criteria, the customer is responsible for the additional handling & postage charge at £15.
Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as Special Delivery service Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 7 business days after receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum £7.50 on our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery from the courier and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 0800 195 0300
